SHIB has zero governance (NO STAFF of any kind). SHIB isn’t legal tender anywhere in the world. SHIB Worldwide Experiment operates within the framework of SHIB, a digital currency held by investors for investors. SHIB has no regulations on its currency anyone can use this currency in the matter in which it is received or transferred. This exemption extended to any and all obligations regarding taxation or legal code of conduct related to the hosting and distribution of transferred proceeds(Under SHIB currency). SHIBBURN.COM provides undeniable proof of the ongoing depleting SHIB’s circulating supply, a process that has been occurring constantly increasing the VALUE(Scarcity) of SHIB remaining supply. The proceeds from the raffle contribute to this reduction, effectively decreasing the total supply of SHIB in circulation. This deflationary mechanism is designed to enhance the Scarcity(Value) of SHIB by increasing demand as the supply diminishes.

You have to read and understand the Rules & Conditions of this agreement to proceed to purchase SHIB 50/50 Raffle Tickets through SMART CONTRACT. Please read these Rules & Conditions of Use (the “Agreement”) carefully. By downloading or using this information (as defined below), or otherwise indicating your agreement, you are consenting to this Agreement, including the associated schedules and policies referred to herein. At all times herein, “we” or “us” or “our” refers to SHIB Worldwide 50/50 Raffle. and “you” or "your” or “user” refers to the user who has transferred SHIB digital currency at ticket price within SHIB Worldwide 50/50 Raffle through Smart Contract.

 

This Agreement is between you and SHIB Worldwide Experiment. (“SHIB Raffle”) concerning your use of (including any access to) our website(s), mobile and desktop applications known as “SHIB Worldwide 50/50 Raffle, and any other Raffle hasn’t prohibited website or mobile application that posts a link to this Agreement (collectively, the “Raffle”).

 

You acknowledge that, through the 50/50 Raffle provides information and materials(collectively, the “Content”) and communications services (“Service”) that you may utilize to engage in self-directed exchange or through a third-party account with an appropriately registered broker-dealer that has licensed the Raffle for use by its customers (“broker-dealer”). The Content includes, without limitation, the Time of transfer will fluctuate therefore at the Market conditions of SHIB therefore and all determinations of a price of a Raffle ticket. Discussed in Section 1 of this Agreement and the User Submissions discussed in this Agreement. Once you move your SHIB into your fiat currency it is taxable to your country of origin. Remind yourself of this simple phrase if I get rewarded and I keep the SHIB Currency in my account, once I move my SHIB to fiat currency (capital gains taxes that will apply if the price goes up). You acknowledge that SHIB Worldwide Experiment is just a Raffle to build awareness for SHIB; (b) SHIB Worldwide 50/50 Raffle doesn’t provide investment advice or make investment recommendations; if you want to trade securities, you must open an account with a broker-dealer; SHIB Worldwide 50/50 Raffle held worldwide doesn’t make any recommendations with respect to your choice of a broker-dealer; you are personally responsible for conducting your own review in selecting an exchange or wallet of your choosing; if you open an account with an exchange, your relationship with that exchange will be governed by a customer services agreement between you and the exchange of your choosing. YOU HEREBY AFFIRM THAT YOU ARE OF THE AGE OF MATURITY  IN THE JURISDICTION IN WHICH 

YOU RESIDE AND CAPABLE OF FORMING A BINDING CONTRACT UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. TO TRANSFER A SINGLE TICKET YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE AND PROVIDE ID TO PROVE THIS. Upon a wallet address then you’re exempt from showing your ID. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT, AS FURTHER SET FORTH IN SECTION 19 BELOW, REQUIRES THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR ANY OTHER COURT PROCEEDINGS, OR CLASS ACTIONS OF ANY KIND.

Changes to this Agreement

We may revise this Agreement from time to time by updating this document. The most updated version of this Agreement will be made available for your review by any reasonable means, including by posting a revised. Agreement under a link in the Raffle or otherwise through the Raffle (but no changes will apply to any dispute that previously arose between you and SHIB Worldwide 50/50 Raffle.

You agree to review this Agreement periodically for changes. Your use of the raffle after any changes to this Agreement will constitute your acceptance of the changes. We (and/or a third party, as applicable) may, at any time, modify or discontinue all or part of the raffle (including the Content provided by such third party), or charge, change or waive any fees required to use the time of purchase and return of winnings to the lucky recipient.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the SHIB Worldwide 50/50 Raffle isn’t long-term, everything is through the smart contract; Agreement, such as obligations and/or any of the user’s obligations. All ticket sales are final, no refunds or exchanges are prohibited. There are no discounts on these tickets so if you choose to buy more tickets under reference of £0.50 GBP or time of sale meets the required amount in SHIB time of sale.

 

All ticket transfers are subject to the price of SHIB at the time you transferring your ticket that exact second you have purchased minus the fees of the transaction (spread which is + £.025 SHIB subjected to changes in price). Please gamble responsibly even though everyone’s a winner in SHIB it’s important to use some common sense over 3 million wallet holders globally & climbing that you're competing in SHIB.

Applicable Privacy Policy Principles 

 

In addition to this Agreement, your access to and use of the Content and Service (including without limitation your submission of information through 50/50 Raffle held worldwide is subject to Raffle regulations then current policies relating to the Content and Service, including, without limitation, Smart Contracts under code of conduct, located at here in this document . By using the Raffle agreement, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal information by or on behalf of the Smart Contract rules and conduct as explained in Polygon’s Smart Contract Privacy Policy.

 

When you transfer SHIB into tickets purchases now everything is done through the smart contract automatically therefore nothing is to chance just pay attention to what the contract means of  service, to you. Your consent will include your agreement Rules & conditions as follows purchasing through smart contracts that read all the rules & conditions first, 2nd payout are in SHIB transfers are in SHIB, no other currency is accepted. 3rd payouts are 47.62% of total ticket transferred until Maximum limitation is hit £1,000,000 worth of SHIB or 4,125,000 SHIB’s /winner is hit. Post, transmit or otherwise make available through or in connection with all media outlets any materials that are or may be: (a) threatening, harassing, degrading, hateful or intimidating, or otherwise failing to respect the rights and dignity of others; (b) defamatory, libelous, fraudulent or otherwise tortious; (c) obscene, indecent, pornographic or otherwise objectionable; (d) protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right, without the express prior written consent of the applicable of others; or (e) a virus, worm, Trojan horse, Easter egg, time bomb, spyware or other computer code, file or program that is potentially harmful or invasive or intended to damage or hijack the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware, software or equipment (each, a “Virus”).

• Reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, sell, rent, lease, loan, timeshare, distribute or otherwise exploit any portion of (or any use of) the Raffle, except as expressly authorized herein.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Raffle, except where such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law; remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice; or frame or mirror any portion of the Raffle, or otherwise incorporate any portion of the Raffle into any product or service.
• Systematically download and store Raffle content, or use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application or other manual or automatic device to retrieve, index, “scrape,” “data mine” or otherwise gather Raffle content or reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Raffle are prohibited. We encourage everyone to post and repost the website to the entire world to build worldwide awareness of SHIB.

You will need to register to a crypto exchanges to transfer SHIB to this SHIB Worldwide Experiment. Reminder this is a Smart Contract therefore the wallet address you used to transfer is the exact wallet funds will be deposited into your wallet upon winning the raffle draw.  Note this: everything is conducted live, your Wallet addresses is only shown partial first five digits and the last 7 digits are publicly displayed along with your name or nick name and country, not cities or towns.

 

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT SUCH SECURITY MEASURES ARE MADE AVAILABLE BY A THIRD PARTY (WHICH MAY INCLUDE A MOBILE DEVICE MANUFACTURER OR OPERATING SYSTEM PROVIDER) AND NOT BY US. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY FAILURE OF SUCH SECURITY MEASURES, OR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT THAT RESULTS FROM ANY SUCH FAILURE. SUCH SECURITY MEASURES CONSTITUTE THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS (AS DEFINED BELOW). YOU ARE SOLELY 

RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE SECURITY OF YOUR RAFFLE TICKET OR TICKETS.

Everyone hosting this event or part of the not-for-profit will have the highest security clearances. All information is held on Oracle for 2 minutes then over-written for the next available raffle draw. Therefore your information will never be repeated so we can’t offer anything to return clients or privileges.

SHIB Worldwide Experiment has no control over personal property or anything related to tax codes that can change periodically and is not responsible for any use or misuse (including any distribution) by any third party of User Submissions.

License to User Submissions

For purposes of clarity, you retain ownership of your User Submissions. For each User Submission, you hereby grant to us a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and fully sublicensable (through multiple tiers) license, without additional consideration to you or any third party, to reproduce, distribute, perform and display (publicly or otherwise), create derivative works of, adapt, modify and otherwise use, analyze and exploit such User Submission, in any format or media now known or hereafter developed, and for any purpose (including promotional purposes, such as testimonials).

In addition, if you provide us any ideas, proposals, suggestions, or other materials (“Feedback”), whether related to the Raffle note or otherwise, such Feedback will be considered a User Submission, and you hereby acknowledge and agree that such Feedback is not confidential, that your provision of such Feedback is gratuitous, unsolicited and without restriction and does not place SHIB Worldwide 50/50 Raffle under any fiduciary or other obligation and that SHIB Worldwide 50/50 Raffle and its suppliers and licensors and their respective successors, assigns and licensees may use and commercialize the Feedback in any an always for any and all purposes without providing any compensation or attribution to you or any other person thereof.
